Noisy call center, using speakerphones , and don’t know what products
they are supporting?
Took 10 minutes to open a crit ticket tonight. and none of the
information provided was in the ticket.
No response on the chat window , don’t know if they even assigned it
properly

well that explains that. I didn’t think support based in Provo would
have a call center in Houston.

We have a lot of things in Houston. NetIQ was based there before all
the mergers and it’s still a major office for us (that is if it hasn’t
totally washed away yet). I’m glad to know your issue was handled.
